Waterford Regional Sports Centre will once again play host to the British & Irish Cup when Munster open their campaign with the game against Llanelli next Friday night (7.30pm).
Last year a large and vocal crowd turned up to roar Munster on to an 18-3 victory over Nottingham on their way to the final and Munster coach Anthony Foley is hoping for more of the same this time around.

"The atmospere in the ground last year was brilliant. The crowd really got behind the lads and it made for a really great occasion. I hope we'll have the same response from the Waterford people this time around."

Foley's side once again arrive in Waterford unbeaten, albeit this time after just two games that has seen them dispatch Leinster (in Donnybrook) and most recently Ulster 30-3 in Nenagh RFC less than a month ago.

In what will be a busy week for the Munster squad with the Heineken Cup round two game against Toulon the following day, Foley will name his squad for the visit to Waterford on Monday afternoon
