Mike John Marisch Mullins was born on the 29th October 1970 in Auckland New Zealand. He was educated at Dargaville & Rangitoto College. He played for North Harbour and North Harbour Maori 1n 1992 before moving to England and West Hartlepool, He made his Ireland A debut against Italy in Donnybrook in April 1999 and that summer toured with the Ireland senior squad to Australia. The following season he moved to Limerick, joining Young Munster, and won the first of his 16 international caps against Argentina in '99. He was a member of the '99 Ireland Rugby World Cup squad. Since making his debut in August 1999, Mike Mullins (114 caps) is just one of 14 players to have represented Munster over 100 times. In latter years he has been player coach withOld Crescentand has been involved coaching Glenstal Abbey. Married to Francine, they have two children, Cherelle and Kalib. He leaves Munster to take up a position as head coach to NPC side North Otago.
Born in New Malden in London on the 27th October 1972, Rob Henderson played with Kingston Rugby Club and London Irish before moving to Wasps. He played Ireland Under 21s in 1994 and the following season (95/96) won his first A cap in the game against Wales. In November 1996 he won the first of his 29 Ireland caps in the game against Western Samoa. A member of the British & Irish Lions squad for the summer 2001 tour to Australia, Henderson partnered Brian O Driscoll in the centre in all three Tests. In total he started in five games on that tour (a further appearance off the bench in the tour opener), scoring a hat-trick of tries in the second game of the tour against a Queensland Presidents XV. He moved to Limerick and Young Munster after that Lions tour and he made his Munster debut in November 2001 going on to win 66 caps. He was in the starting line-up for the 2002 Heineken Cup final game in Cardiff and returned to the Millennium Stadium the following season where he scored a stunning try in Munster s 37-17 Celtic League final win over Neath. He was on the Munster side that won Celtic Cup. Married to Angie, he is the proud father of baby girl Mia who was born earlier this year.
