Munster pair Tom Gleeson (UCC) and Anthony Kavanagh (Garryowen) find themselves in the same boat as their senior colleague Denis Leamy - out of favour with their respective selectors for the internationals this weekend.

Gleeson and Kavanagh both featured in the U21 victory over Italy in Udine last weekend but this time around there is no place on the starting XV for either nor is there any place on the airplane that takes the U21s to Scotland for Gleeson.

London Irish centre Kieran Geraghty takes over from Gleeson while Malone's Chris Malone is preferred to Kavanagh who is named on the bench.

The Ireland U21 Team and replacements to play against Scotland U21 at Falkirk Community Stadium on Friday, 11th February at 19.30hrs is as follows:
