Number 8 and captain Anthony Foley and prop Marcus Horan have been forced to withdraw. Foley will be replaced in the starting line-up by Mick O'Driscoll while Horan's place now goes to Federico Pucciariello.

O'Driscoll and Pucciariello replacements on the bench will be John O'Connor and Eugene McGovern.
