The only real concern for Gaffney in naming his squad is the ankle injury picked up by seasoned prop Simon Kerr at the weekend. Kerr was forced to retire after 23 minutes of his side's clash with Galwegians and he is considered a very doubtful starter for Friday. To make matters worse Rob Laffan also picked up an injury in that game while Padraig Brennan the Co Carlow captain is also unavailable.
