Munster Rugby Sevens Squad

A Munster Rugby select has been chosen to travel to this weekend's Ondeo City of Stirling 7s Tournament.
The squad was selected from available development and academy contracted players and club players. 

The tournament will take place this Saturday, April 26th in the City of Sterling, Scotland.  The tournament will see some of Europe's most elite rugby clubs go head-to-head in a fantastic all day event.  This is the first time Munster Rugby have featured a 7's side in such an event.

The Munster side who are sponsored by Data Space (Scotland) Ltd., will be joined by other Professional sides such as London Wasps and Edinburgh Gunners, and "The Kenny Logan RBS Private Banking All Stars" who will combine of current English and Scottish seven's Internationals

Munster Rugby will play their first game against the West of Scotland, a Divisional side, ko 1.30pm.  The outcome of this game will place Munster in the next stage of the competition.

The management and coaching staff include Ian Sherwin, Munster Rugby Academy Manager, and John Lacey, Regional Development Officer.  They will be joined by Ray Egan Fitness and Conditioning, Ian Dunne Kit Manager, Declan Lynch Physiotherapist and Ralph Murphy as the Munster Rugby Branch Representative.
