Careers- 2x Youth Development Officers, Limerick

We are seeking to appoint two Rugby Youth Development Officers on a one year contract, subject to funding, to increase sports participation of young people, at risk, in disadvantaged areas and to ensure that local resources are used to best effect.
Munster Branch IRFU, supported by the Irish Sports Council, has secured funding in conjunction with the Limerick Northside and Southside Regeneration Agencies from the Young People Facilities & Services Fund.

The successful candidates will be required to demonstrate proven experience in rugby and/or community development work.  Excellent networking, leadership, planning, organisational, IT and communication skills will be a prerequisite for this job. A sports related qualification and/or experience in local sports planning, especially in disadvantaged areas would also be essential for this post.
