Another Tough One For Munster

Munster will have a tough road ahead in their attempt to retain the Heineken Cup Title, when drawn against Sale Sharks and French pairing, ASM Clermont Auvergne and Montauban.

The draw was held today in The Old Berkley Court Hotel where once again Munster and Leinster were deemed to have been drawn in the toughest groups of next year's Heineken Cup.

The 2008/2009 Heineken Cup Pools are as follows:

Pool 1: Munster, Sale, ASM Clermont Auvergne, Montauban

Pool 2: London Wasps, Leinster, Castres, Edinburgh

Pool 3: Leicester, Perpignan, Ospreys, Treviso

Pool 4: Stade Francais, Llanelli Scarlets, Ulster, Harlequins

Pool 5: Toulouse, Bath, Newport Gwent Dragons, Glasgow

Pool 6: Biarritz, Gloucester, Cardiff Blues, Calvisano
