Prop Rory Burke retains his starting position, as do hooker Max Abbot, centre Dan Goggin and Irish Captain Jack O'Donoghue at number 8.
Diarmaid Dee and Ryan Foley who made their Irish U20 debuts alongside Moloney last time out will again provide cover from the bench.
