Foley leads a Munster starting XV that shows nine changes from the side that ran out against Clermont Auvergne last weekend with six of those changes in the pack. However with the exception of David Wallace (dead leg), John Hayes (neck) and Shaun Payne, all those who featured against Clermont will be involved in the match day 22 for the Dragons visit.
