The squad travel to Tralee on Friday for training and team building sessions as they prepare to face their Ulster counterparts on Saturday at Tralee RFC KO 1.00pm. They face the same opposition on Sunday KO 11.00am. In the event of both sides winning a game a piece the total scores from both games for each side will be added and the title will go to the team with the highest count.

The Under 19 side is coached by Steve Joslin, Richie Draper and Rohan West and assisted by Kate McCarthy, Eimaer O Sullivan, Deirdre Lynch, Padraig Colbert and Tom Hoyle.

The management would like to thank Highfield RFC and UCC RFC for the use of training pitches in January.
