Shannon, who have 19 titles to their credit will take on neighbours Garryowen who last claimed the cup in 2012. The Dooradoyle side and have won 38 titles in total and lead the way with most cup wins since the competition began in 1886.
Current title holders Cork Constitution will make the short journey to the Mardyke, Cork on Saturday, 16th November to face UCC (kick-off 2.30pm).
UCC currently stand with 18 Munster Senior Cup wins and last made the final in 2010 at Musgrave Park where they were narrowly beaten by Young Munster.
Their opponents, Cork Constitution, have 24 wins to their tally and last year went on to win the All Ireland Bateman Cup where they defeated St. Mary's College at Templeville Road.
