In attendance at Sunday's game were members of the
Irish Paralympic Team who were presented at half-time to the Thomond Park crowd. They included James McCarthy, Johnny McGrath, Roy Guerin, Shane Ryan, Johnny Cronin, John McCarthy, Anthony Hegarty, Ian Costelloe, Fintan O’Donnell, Alan Ringland and John Fulham.

Munster's B&I Cup side recorded their second victory on Saturday in Tralee, defeating Aberavon RFC 19-11.
