What matches does my Ten Year Ticket entitle me to attend each season?

Do I have the option to purchase the additional Magners League Matches?

You will be given the option to select the 4 Magners League Matches you want to take as your entitlement and given the option to purchase the additional matches being played at Thomond Park.

Do I have an option on any other events taking place at the stadium?

Yes, we will aim to offer you the option to purchase ticket(s) for other events held in Thomond Park, subject to the event organisers' agreement and availability. We will endeavour to offer you a pre-sale for other events for a set limited time period. These pre-sales will be communicated by email and advertised on the Ten Year Ticket Page of the Munster Rugby website. It is your responsibility to purchase ticket(s) before the deadline expires. We cannot guarantee to you the availability of tickets for any such event.

What if I do not want to attend a match that is included in my Ten Year Ticket?

You can pass your card(s) or ticket(s) on to a person of your choice who can attend in your place. If you would prefer to sell your ticket you can do this through Ticket Exchange. Simply post your ticket for sale through your Munster Rugby Ticket Account. Ticket Exchange is only available for Magners League fixtures once 80% of capacity has been sold.

Where do I find my Account Number?

You will find your account number on your match card/ticket.

How do I change my contact details or password?

You can change your contact details and password by logging into your Munster Rugby Ticket Account. Changes can be made in the account settings screen under edit profile.

What do I do if I lose my card or booklet of tickets?

You must complete the Re-Print Request Form. Click here for the form. It is important that you complete all details on the form including seat and contact details, sign and return the form to the Ticket Office, Thomond Park Stadium or Ticket Office, Tramore Road, Cork. The completed form must be presented by the ticketholder at the ticket office along with proof of identity (valid passport or drivers licence) Admin Fee: €20 Season Card/Booklet €5 single match.

How do I transfer ownership of my 10 Year Ticket to another person?

You must complete and sign a Transfer of Ownership form. Click here for the form. You should post the original signed copy back to the Ticket Office, Thomond Park, Limerick.
