Gillian Bourke
Started playing with Munster in 2008 and before that lined out for Connacht from 2004 to 2007.
Has been capped for Ireland 31 times, featuring in the Women's Rugby World Cup in 2010.
Bourke is also the video analyst for the Munster U19s.
