Former international front row, the Clonakilty native has switched to the back row in recent years.
The 27 year old secondary school teacher is a graduate of the University of Limerick. A bit of an all-rounder, Laura also is involved in coaching rugby, swimming, cycling and camogie and is also a keen golfer.
Guest has represented Munster on 44 occasions (up to December 2012).
