UL Bohs winger Ashling Hutchins extended the lead with two successive tries, the second of which was under the posts giving Briggs an easy conversion before Ulster fought back to claim their second and final score of the afternoon,10-19 at half-time.
On the return Munster continued to mount the pressure and their hard work was rewarded with three unanswered tries from Niamh Kavanagh, Niamh Briggs and Anna Caplice.
Next up for the Women's side is Connacht in Musgrave Park next Saturday the 8th. The Connacht side suffered a 20-0 defeat to reigning Champions Leinster today and will be looking to make their mark when they travel to Cork next weekend.
The Munster U19 Girls also enjoyed a winning weekend after defeating Leinster and Connacht at Saturday's Interpro U19s Blitz in Limerick.
