Munster Rugby recently ran a Coach Development Workshop for Midleton College Stage 2, 3 and 4 Coaches.
The workshop was theory based emphasising ‘best practice’ including passing/receiving, breakdown and breakdown defence.
Midleton College Senior Players were on hand to facilitate the practical element and demonstrate the key areas of the workshop.
