Community Rugby Officers Ed Daly and Fiach O'Loughlin with participants at the Newcastlewest 7's Blitz
With a view to establishing rugby sevens in secondary schools across the province, Munster Rugby recently facilitated an event at Newcastlewest RFC for players at under fourteen level.
Schools from
St Nessans in Limerick city participated along side
St Johns Community College (Hospital),
Scoil Mhuire agus Ide and
Desmond College (Newcastlewest).
The event was played off in a round robin format providing for all schools to enjoy multiple games against each other.
