Coaching Workshop At Rockwell College

Munster Rugby recently held a workshop in Rockwell College with the school's senior squad and their coaches.

The workshop’s main focus was on “team defence” and both coaches and players found it to be of huge benefit at this early stage of their season.

Similar workshops were also held in Nenagh Ormond, Newcastle West and Galbally RFC. The workshops ranged from general movement to backline attack as requested by the club coaches with a view of developing their own understanding and knowledge of law interpretations.
