Despite the testing conditions of wind and rain for most of the day, all the squads were put through their paces under the watchful eye of Feargal O’Callaghan (Head of Strength & Conditioning) ,Greig Oliver (Under 20 Head Coach), Keith Murphy (U19 Head Coach) and Niall McDermott (U18 Schools Head Coach).

In the morning, all squads did their fitness test, followed by a pitch session before a break for lunch. This followed a second pitch session before breaking to attend an excellent presentation by Munster Dietician, Graham Close. All players took a huge amount from Graham’s informative session and look forward to maintaining a healthy diet throughout the season.
