This week's Club Notes come from Cashel and Shannon Rugby Clubs.
Joe McGinley, conditioning coach with Munster Rugby and the Irish U18’s, spoke to the squad, about the importance of food, rest and recovery to the performance of an athlete.
Following the talk, players took part in a functional screen by Munster Rugby staff before partaking in a short exercise circuit with the aim to help improve both stability and movement.
