Old Christians Coaches Workshop

Munster Rugby recently ran a Coaching Workshop at Old Christians RFC for Stage 2 and 3 coaches.

The focus of the workshop was on the breakdown, attack and defence as well as the development of passing in continuity.

Many thanks to the Old Christians U19 players who were on hand to facilitate the practical element of the modules in the club’s impressive indoor hall facility.
