Munster Rugby recently ran an introduction day for the Under 15 West Munster Cadets with a selection of players from Corca Dhuibhne, Killarney, Listowel, Abbeyfeale, Castleisland, Killorglin, Kenmare and Tralee rugby clubs in attendance.

Players were informed of the content of Munster Rugby’s cadet and development squad programmes for the season before attending on pitch skills sessions at Tralee RFC.

The Munster Cadet selection processes will continue throughout the province over the coming months with a finalised squad to be confirmed for April 2012.

Selected players will then attend a ten week summer programme as part of Munster Rugby’s long term player development pathway.
