A Munster Under 17 combined selection of players from the Regional Development Squad and Munster 'B' Schools recently attended a 11 a-side blitz at Cork Institute of Technology grounds.

Last Wednesday saw the first ever National Schools Tag Rugby Blitz in West Kerry. Eight primary schools from all over the peninsula took part in the event co-ordinated by Munster Rugby’s Shane O'Rourke and Ray Gadsden.
Transition Year students from Pobal Scoil Chorca Dhuibhne looked after all the teams while local teacher and senior team coach Colm O’Se refereed all the games. The day was a huge success and it is hoped there will be many more events like this in the future.
