The programme encourages the effective development of non-contact mini rugby through schools by providing them with the necessary equipment and coach education.

Munster Academy player Brian O’Hara joined the Munster Rugby coaching staff to help promote the participation of the game. He was delighted to answer questions the young boys and girls put to him regarding his day to day training regime and rugby career to date.

School teachers are encouraged to continue with this initiative and assist with the development of rugby at primary school level.
