Former Munster and Ireland player John Fogarty recently visited the C.I.T. Sport and Recreational Leisure Department to address students hoping to pursue a career within the sports industry.
He spoke on his life as a professional rugby player and paid particular focus on the importance of player injuries and the rehabilitation process.
The students were given the opportunity to ask questions in an open forum and showed a keen interest in the areas of healthy living and the day to day life of professional athletes.
