Coaches and Players Attend Munster Rugby's General Movement Workshop At Clonakilty RFC
Munster Rugby recently hosted a General Movement Workshop at Clonakilty RFC for the Club U17 and U19 players and coaches.
The indoor workshop included a presentation illustrating the General Movement concept through video and visual aids.
Many areas within the technical model of coaching in the collective were analysed followed by a question and answer forum.
