With progression in mind Bruff have encouraged the development of player coaches within their senior ranks which sees five players currently involved in the internal coaching set-up from senior right down to under seventeen level.

Senior player coaches Peter Malone and Eoin Cahill have achieved level two coaching accreditation this season while their teammates Brendan Deady, Brendan Bourke and Club Captain Cathal O’Regan have recently attained IRFU Level 1 accreditation.

With long term planning their priority Bruff RFC are confident they will maintain continuous player development and look forward to further future successes.
