With the cold and icy conditions prevalent the practical element of the workshop could not proceed on the pitch. Coaches therefore observed an indoor tutorial, based on the theme of ‘developing individual skills’ with an emphasis on ‘general movement’.

The Workshop highlighted the benefits of coaching in the collective based around the general movement philosophy and coaches were shown different activities to develop individual skills.
