Skibbereen U17 squad and coaches who recently completed the coaching seminar at Skibbereen RFC
Munster Rugby held a Coaching Workshop yesterday evening in Skibbereen RFC coordinated by Coach Development Officer Keith Murphy and Community Rugby Officer Ray Gadsden.
The workshop’s main focus was on '
Individual Skill Development' with an emphasis on '
General Movement' from both a player and coach perspective.
All the Club’s youth coaches were in attendance and their U17 Squad participated in the practical element of the workshop.
