This week's Club Notes come from Cashel and Shannon Rugby Clubs.
Munster Rugby would like to thank Lorna Barry (Pace Sports Training Centre, Fermoy) and Seán McCarthy who coordinated the practical element of the workshop and also discussed the benefits of dynamic and static stretching for young players.
Practical exercises for warm up and warm down were demonstrated to coaches for implementation within their own training programmes.
