Castleisland RFC Hosts Rugby Blitz

Castleisland RFC recently welcomed U17 teams from Abbeyfeale, Killarney, Killorglin and Listowel Rugby Clubs to compete in a 10 a side rugby blitz.

With the weather making things difficult at times credit must go to all teams for creating good attacking rugby under the supervision of referee Chris Harrington M.A.R. and Munster Rugby Officers Colm McMahon and Ray Gadsden.

While the day wasn’t played out as a competition Munster Rugby would like to congratulate Abbeyfeale for winning all of their games and showing a very high level of skill.
