The Domestic Rugby Department recently ran two Schools Junior Cup Clinics in Cork and Limerick with the focus on "Lifting in the Lineout" at Junior Cup Level. The new variations allow lifting from the shorts only with binding or pre binding.
The Cork Clinic was held in the Presentation Grounds, Wilton, for all schools’ coaches. The Clinic was coordinated by Munster Domestic Rugby Manager Ultan O Callaghan with the assistance of coaching officers Keith Murphy and Finny O' Regan. The PBC Junior Cup forwards provided their services for the clinic and guided by Coach Steve Forde illustrated to the Coaches in attendance the new variations in practice.

In Limerick, Munster Domestic Rugby Officers Colm McMahon and Ed Daly coordinated the clinic in Castletroy College where Castletroy Junior Cup players offered their services for identification of the new variations.
