Munster Regional Development Squad Update

The North, South, East and West Munster Development squads recently completed their 8 week pre season programme comprising of two weekly rugby and conditioning sessions.

All programmes have been running under the supervision of Munster Rugby’s Coaching staff Colm McMahon responsible for West Munster; John O’Neill, South Munster; Noel O’Meara, East Munster and John Lacey overseeing the North Munster squads.

This week the U16/U17 players return to training at Tralee RFC, Ballincollig RFC, Clonmel RFC and Young Munster RFC as the in-season schedule commences.

Munster Rugby would like to thank all volunteer rugby and conditioning coaches that helped out during the summer months and look forward to the Development Squads round robin series which begins in February 2011.
