A Munster Rugby associate referee course recently took place at Old Crescent RFC with coaches from various North Munster clubs and schools in attendance.
The course was hosted by National Coaching and Training Officer David Mc Hugh from the
IRFU Referee Department with Munster Rugby Coach Development Officers Johnny Lacey and Colm McMahon also in attendance.
The purpose of associate referee courses is to facilitate the refereeing of underage rugby matches in the absence of M.A.R. fully qualified referees.
Munster Rugby would like to thank Old Crescent RFC for the use of their clubhouse for this course.
