Taking part were a varying amount of experienced women from coaching and playing backgrounds which encouraged plenty of questions and discussion throughout the theory and practical modules.
Amanda Greensmith, Women's Community Rugby Officer and course co-ordinator was delighted with the response to the course and the positive feedback from those that attended over the two days.
Commenting after the course she stated "I truly believe in Women taking responsibility for their own game through coaching, management and refereeing. Seeing the participation of the practical part of the course it was evident that the women gained a greater understanding and confidence in how to approach modern day coaching. I hope all that attended the course found it an enjoyable experience."
