The Plate Competition will run from 10.30 -1.00pm.
Competing in the Plate are Fermoy, Bantry, CBC, Highfield, Crosshaven, Highfield 2, Skibbereen, Mitchelstown.
 
The Shield Competition will run from 10.30 -1.00pm.
Competing in the Shield are Charleville, Kinsale, Youghal, Cork Constitution, Sundays Well, Cobh, Dunmanway and Kanturk.

The Cup Competition will run from 2.00 - 4.30pm.  Competing in the Cup are Muskerry, Bandon, Midleton, Dolphin, Ballincollig, Old Christians, Clonakity and Mallow.

Please note

All players must have gum shields.
All matches must start on time.
If a team is late and unable to field a team 5 mins after the proposed start then the points for that match will be awarded to the opposition.
There will be a coaches briefing 15 mins before the kick off at which time each coach must submit a team sheet. 
Clubs to verify that all information is correct and are responsible to ensure this.

All players must be correct age on 1st July of the season.
Copy Birth Cert. or IRFU No. for each player registered. This must be available on the day.

All games are at Stage 3 (with consideration for safety).
o   Scrum, Contested.  Front row players to be noted on the team sheet
o   Lineout Contested.

In the final of the cup competition the scrum and lineout will be contested.  If a team wishes to play the match to a lower level the match can be played but they will forfeit.
