The other Division One fixtures see UL Bohs take on Galwegians at home, whilst Young Munster, Shannon, Dolphin and Garryowen all take to the road.
Highfield will hope to start their Division Two challenge on the right foot when they take on Thomond at home in Woodleigh Park in the all Munster clash. Elsewhere Old Crescent will no doubt look forward to welcoming Wanderers to Rosbrien, as Clonakilty and Instonians make the trip to Dublin and Belfast respectively.
In Division Three Midleton are the only Munster side at home, when they play Ards in Towns Park. Sundays Well, Nenagh and Waterpark will all be looking for a positive away start to their campaign.
