The position of Head Coach is a volunteer post with responsibility for the selection and preparation of the AIB Club Team working alongside a Manager, Assistant Coach and Provincial Selectors .
It is intended that the coach will be appointed for a 2 year term with a review at the end of the first season.

Criteria:
1. Irish Qualified
2. Accreditation: Minimum IRFU Level 2 accredited
3. Experience: Minimum of 3 years Head Coaching experience AIB Division 1, 2 or 3; or 3 years representative U20 or higher (Stage 4 IRFU LTPD).
