The workshop was divided into two groups of coaches from U7 to U9 and U10 to U12 age grades, facilitated by Community Rugby Officers Finny O’Regan, Ray Gadsden and John O’Neill.

Both groups undertook modules such as Fitness for the Young Player and  Players on the Ball as well as Skill Development and Fun Games for Understanding theory over the course of the day.
