Over 120 boys and girls recently took part in a Tipperary Schools Blitz at Nenagh RFC coordinated by the club's Community Rugby Officer Pat Fitzpatrick.
Pupils from Borrisokane, Carrig, Ardcroney, Silvermines, Toomevara and Newtwon national schools took part in the one day 10-a-side blitz which had plenty of rugby talent on show.
Munster Rugby are currently promoting the sport throughout primary schools within the province and are continuously focussing on the development of coaching skills and player participation.
