Munster Staff Development Day On IRFU Rugby Technical Model

Munster Rugby Development Department and the Munster Academy recently held a Team Development Day at CIT.

Steve Aboud of the IRFU presented a workshop to up-skill, align and integrate all staff to the IRFU Longterm Player Development pathway and the IRFU Rugby Technical Model.

There will be ongoing workshops throughout the pre-season to further develop and enhance our staff’s knowledge, understanding and delivery of our rugby programs for the incoming season.
