Skills - Mini unit reaction drill for No.8 & No.6
Set Up:
No.8 binds to No.6 against post. 2 tackle bags are placed 2m apart. No.6 breaks and tackles one of the bags, No.8 tackles the other one - (repeat 10 times). If No.6 tackles first bag the No.8 tackles the second and vice versa.
Overload:
Coach shouts break & number dictating to No.6 which bag to tackle.
Groups:
Minimum of 3-4 players.
